what an interesting week
this morning we went to mixco viejo.. its a old little pueblo where their are some ruins... ya "ruins".. i think they take that really lightly.. cuz i saw some guy making some.... But who knows.... the bus ride was fun on the way home.. elder johnson and i sat on top, cuz their was no room inside...!! last monday i cut my comps hair!! then i cut my own.. it turned out alright.. not too bad... hehe my first time solo... its a good thing we cut our hair, cuz on tuesday morning we got the message that we had to go to the office for interviews with pres...!! on the way to interviews, the bus driver i swear was training for nascar!! we had about a 5 car lead then we got a record 30 ft. skid mark.. Ive never seen anything like it.. it was magnificent... (im not speeding im just qualifying)on the way home, i had a drunk lady fall and roll in front of me.... it was kinda interesting... i looked at her for a sec.. then in disgust kept on walking... really weird... conference was super amazing, as i expected it to be!! us gringos watched it upstairs in the high priest room, in english of course... we laughed our heads off when uchtdorf said, what does this have to do with flying an airplane...haha the conference answered all my questions i had... i love conference... this week i rained alot... haha whats new.. but we had kind of a problem.. the problem was that the side walk is close to the river like road and the buses create waves.. so we had to play the game of survival.. we dodged, ducked, dove, dipped, and dodged!! it was a life changing experience.. stay tuned.... o ya.. during conference the baptismal font overflowed, thanks to the elders of the zone Florida!! life happends.. and fast... dont mess up.....(thats not really words of advice)....love ya all....

Dear family and friends,
i lied to you people last week.. their is 3 Jehovah's in the bom... so look for one more...haha and just to let you know, the penny i found last week was lucky!! heads up!! the picture below with the little girl is funny, haha, she was putting candy in my mouth.. like a whole bunch!! haha i had to tell her to stop cuz i didnt have room and i was laughing hard... and the pic that says canche i love you.. that was written in the cement.. haha.. the other of when we were playing soccer in the rain.. it was raining super hard but it doesnt look like it... and the other of the liahona in the 70s when they were super little... but hey life is great.. the work is flowin alittle better.. we have alittle more support from the ward... shoot the pic of the little girl, for some reason will not attach... last night we were walking to a cita to eat dinner and.. a girl was trying to start her car.. and as you can guess she needed alittle man support.. so we did alittle service!! the amazing part was, right when we were done helping... i mean 5 seconds after... i found 5 Q's in the street!! instant blessings!!!!! wow!! conference is this weekend!!! i love conference!!! and saturday after conference we have a baptism!! and i also love baptisms !!! wow i am so blessed!! haha we have a new investigator named fabio!! fabio i think is the coolest name ever.. i might even name my kid fabio!!!i gotta whole bunch to write next week.. can you believe me!! hehe

well hello...
this week was just smack full of service... one day we chopped a yard.. the next day we helped put in a drain pipe... the next day we played soccer really early in the morning in the church with the young men, then we helped set up a party.. when we were walking home from setting up and neighbor told us he needed help.. so ya we said yes... we ended up going up on his roof and water proofing his metal roof with tar... haha .. he couldnt do it cuz he is fat and the roof would cave in with him... we threw boards down so the roof wouldn't fall in.. haha.. hey i found a penney on the street.. like a real quality USA penney...i thought it was pretty random to find one way down here.. haha good day... on mondays we eat breakfast with our comedor.. we were walkin back today to our house in our normal cloths.. and the guard didnt recognize us and asked us what we wanted.. haha.. i said well we live here, we are the elders the missionarys.. haha.. it was funny..hahaha ok are you ready for your quiz slash workshop slash fun fact of the week slash super narley cool...thing,haha
well the thing is the book of mormon has 6 names of women.. where are they? and also it says Jehovah 2 times where are they.?? only in the bom... maybe its a good fam home evening. remember its only in the bom... good luck...

well i got a new comp.. elder baquiax, from here in guate.. (bah-key-ash)hehehaha.. he has 6 months left.. he is a stud.... we finally got a mission leader.....say this 3 times fast....tres tristes tigres tragan trigo en un trigal!!! hehe.. we contacted our street yesterday, like you know our neighbors.. the funny thing was that we didnt even say we were missionary's and we were just here to get to know them and help them with anything.. and we still got all the doors slammed in our faces.. haha.. i love references!!! were getting a couple people ready to be baptized at the end of the month!! sorry i cant reall think today.. ill write more next week. i love you all.. well, i think all of you?... i dont know everyone.. but ya.. i can say that.. i love you all.. i can love everyone....im a loving guy!!!

hello fam...
well this saturday we had permission to go to my old area, to see one of my investigators be baptized!!! it was super amazing!!! to get to my old area, you have to take 3 buses but it only took 1 hr.. i went with another elder in my district who knew him also... the pic with the 2 people and the paper is a wedding.. and my signature is on the paper, so i thought i would snap a pic of it!! this week we were teaching a lesson to a old guy about the word of wisdom... we asked him to repeat the 5 things we cant use.. he said well, beer, drugs, then he said women, and started to say how bad women are...haha i couldn't help but laughing!!! haha my bad but it was really funny... well.. sorry i guess you had to be their....... we get the call tonight to see if we have changes..... hehe.. who knows.. sorry not to much this week, i didnt have too much time..... hey but their are alot of pics.. and pictures tell stories!!! hehe happy happy birthday my sister mel and cousin katie!!!

Much love to aunt jeannie and grandma beachlor..... ill see you at the tree.....well i found a ensign with my sister heather on it!!! when she was little. look how cute.. i also found a super sweet pic of Nefi!!! he is super yoked..check it out.. as you can see from the pics we did alittle model session!!! hehe and i also went on divisions with the zone leaders.. first off i want to tell you an experience that i had on divisions.. first we went to the office, cuz that what the zone leaders do thursday afternoon... but the thing was it took us 3 hours to get back, cuz of traffic and false advertisement of the buses.. so we were very late for one of our appointments.. we showed up and they were just happy that we still came.. it was a family of 5.. just little kids.. they live in a 10 by 10 foot house of lamina, lets say,, like sheet metal.. it was raining and in was commin in from everywhere.. but they were so happy!!! when it came to kneel down to say the prayer they took their pillows from their bed and put them on the muddy dirt floor for our knees..... and if thats not enough they bought us a juice box and a snack as we were leaving.. i dont think they ate dinner... that was a very heart touching experience.. what an example for all of us.. well now to explain the other pic of the crazy looking dude with the dope lookin... hat?? well this man is my friend Nelson.. haha he is a guy that lives in our area.. he is very random and he used alot of drugs that really messed him up.. i heard a story, that about 15 years ago his was a normal guy.. like good job, car, ran every morning.. but now.. he roams the streets asking for money and work.. its sad what drugs can do.. but i think the drugs help with his memory.. we can ask him any question about history and wars and he will tell us the date, time, when, where, how, and the president of the time.. and then the life of the pres.. he can remember alot alot of things.. its crazy.. haha but thats alittle bit about nelson.. The baby im holding has 23 days..... just alittle squirt.. we had a bunch of people come to church this sunday again. one of them was nelson.. its scary when he comes cuz sometimes he comes in and just almost yelling says, hey good morning to everyone.... haha wow their is only one week left of this change.... it flew by.....ya i finally got the chance to take a pic of a bus.. its hard to get a pic cuz normally they are moving with alot of people.. and normally not nice people.. so if you pull a camera out you get shot or you get you camera stolen haha. so its better not to.. i dont remember if i told you this story but here it is.. we were walking and i was telling my comp a story.. and in my story i said whooooo whoo.. or something like that.. but right in front of us was a chick.. she turned around and looked me over up and down then gave me a smile, and a wink..... she was not that bad lookin but it was funny cuz she thought i was givin her a holla.. thats it....... i guess you had to be their.. haha!!!!!! the wink was a add in....

we had our conference this past week.. it was really good.... one of the quotes from pres. -if you can to better, why dont you do it-'... thats a very good question.. i also heard a latino that had like a new york accent.. haha we have a new nurse now for the mission.. so it was like question time ya.. a kid asked this question.. -in my dream a dog bit me and i died.. if this happened what should i do..??... .hahah it was super funny.. i mean 100 missionary's couldn't stop laughing for like 5 min haha.. in other news, i was contacting and this old dude told me that if a non member goes in the temple they kill em... and that we pray to Joseph smith and that we dont believe in Jesus.. at first i asked him kindly if we come in and tell alittle bit about us and the church.. he didnt want to know anything.. long story short.. he wouldnt let us in.. so i just told him to do me a favor.. just if you have a question a bout mormons .. ask a mormon.. and we also ran into a guy that wanted to teach the -word of God- with us.. and he said we should fast for 5 days then hit up the buses and teach!!! haha not a bad a......... we had a bunch of investigators come to church with us this sunday.. it was great.. and the people who had the lessons in sacrament meeting didnt show up.. so i had to give a talk. haha.. i talked about charity, love, service.. i ended up talkin for 30 min... haha.. i guess they liked it or understood it cuz in the 2 classes after they used parts of my talk.. haha.. life is great.. grandma dont worry im brushing my teeth!!! and eating well!

ok...
we took some investigators to the temple this week on the ward bus.. so they could see the temple and feel the spirit their.. and we taught them a super sweet lesson!! it was amazing.. i also saw some of the new elders in the mtc.. cuz its across the street from the temple.. one of them looked familiar so i grabbed him as he was walking by.. and it was elder Anderson.. remember when i played little league football and my head coach's name was Anderson.. ya this was his boy why i played with!!! but i forgot to take a pic......my bad.... i also found a kid from California who went to byu before the mission.. and he knows some of the girls at my high school.. haha small world... o ya.. and my last comp elder carias didnt want to have changes cuz his mom was coming to the temple from Honduras this change.. and when we went to the temple this week with the ward.. he was their with his mom!!! haha gee, everything good happens at the temple... i wonder why...... haha in other news.. i got a letter from a really good friend this week, and it was just a huge motivation booster!!! you know who you are.. and thanks alot... missionary work is the best work in the world!!!
